Myya Money is a personal and business finance notebook. It organizes numbers you provide — balances, statements, clients, loans — and reads them back: runway through a date, who owes you, what your debt costs. It is operated by Myya Money ("we").
Myya Money is a calculator and record-keeper over your own data. Nothing in the product is investment, legal, tax, or credit advice. Numbers are only as accurate as the data you provide and the assumptions shown alongside them. Decisions you make remain yours.
You sign in with Apple or email. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 18 to use the service.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access and no card required. After the trial, continued write access requires a paid subscription ($10/month or $96/year, or the local App Store price). If you don't subscribe, your notebook becomes read-only — we never delete your data for non-payment, and export remains free.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time via the billing portal (web) or App Store subscription settings (iOS); access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple's policies.
Your financial data belongs to you. We use it only to run the product for you — never to sell, advertise, or build profiles for third parties. You can export your data as CSV at any time and delete your account (and all its data) from settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Optional bank linking is provided through Plaid. Credentials go to Plaid, not to us; we store an encrypted access token and transaction data Plaid returns. Statement upload is always available as an alternative.
Don't attempt to access other people's notebooks, probe or overload the service, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
