What we collect

Myya Money is a personal finance notebook. To do its job it stores, on your behalf:

  • Your account identity: email address and, if you sign in with Apple, your Apple user identifier.
  • Financial records you add: bank statements you upload, transactions, balances, loans, client contracts, and payments you record.
  • Bank data you connect: if you link a bank account, transactions and balances are retrieved through Plaid, our bank data provider.

How we use it

Your data is used only to run the product for you — computing your runway, chase lists, revenue glances, and the other numbers you see on screen. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for tracking across apps or websites.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security scoping every record to your account. Bank credentials are never stored by us: when you connect a bank, credentials go directly to Plaid, and we keep only an access token to retrieve your transactions.

Sharing

Nobody sees your notebook unless you invite them. Invited members (for example an accountant or family member) get exactly the access role you grant, and you can revoke it at any time.

Deletion

You can delete uploaded statements and recorded data in the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below and we will remove it within 30 days.
